The problem

It's Saturday. You've watched six games, and the players are already blurring together.

By Monday, the ones who stood out are a smudge of jersey numbers and half-remembered notes, and the recruit you needed slips away before you ever follow up.

How it works

One loop, from first sighting to follow-up.

Six steps you actually follow the week of a showcase. The same loop, every recruiting cycle.

    Follow up

Your notes become draft emails in your voice. You approve, always.

Why it's different

Built around how coaches actually evaluate players.

  • Scored against your rubric.

Set your gates, then swipe a ranked deck. Watch, pass, shortlist.

  • Voice notes that never get lost.

Tap a player, talk. It sticks, and stays searchable.

  • A route through the showcase.

The most target players you can catch across fields and kickoffs.

  • Follow-ups in your voice.

Drafts pulled from your real notes. You edit and send.

Trust & privacy

Your recruits' data deserves care. Here's what happens, and what doesn't.

  • Photos and audio stay on your device.

Team-sheet photos are read on your phone and never uploaded. Dictation audio never leaves your device, only the text you keep is saved.

  • Your data is isolated to you.

Your rubric, notes, and shortlist aren't pooled with other programs and aren't sold.

  • Follow-ups are draft-and-approve. Always.

TalentEcho never sends mail on your behalf. Drafts wait for you to read, edit, and hit send.

  • Built to respect NCAA recruiting rules.

Contact windows and dead periods are part of the system. We flag timing, never push you across a line.

  • Export or delete any time.

Export your shortlist and notes whenever you want, and delete your account and data from inside the app.

FAQ

Straight answers.

How do players get into TalentEcho?

Scan a team-sheet photo (read on your device), add players by hand, or dictate what you see on the sideline. You can also forward a recruit email to your private TalentEcho address if you like, but the app never connects to or reads your email account.

Is my data secure?

Your rubric, shortlist, and recruit notes are isolated to your account. Not pooled with other programs. Not sold.

Does this respect NCAA recruiting rules?

Yes. It's a first-class design constraint. TalentEcho knows contact windows, dead periods, and division-specific limits, and flags timing inside the follow-up flow. You stay accountable for what gets sent.

When does it launch?

We're onboarding the first design-partner programs now. Join the waitlist and we'll be in touch as access opens.

Which sports?

College soccer first: men's and women's, D1, D2, D3. Adjacent sports after the soccer loop is excellent.

Can my assistant coaches use it too?

Yes. A program plan, coming after the individual launch, lets head and assistant coaches share archetypes, shortlists, and routes. Reach out from the waitlist if your staff wants in together.

What do I need?

iPhone, iOS 17+. TalentEcho is phone-first because that's where coaches actually live.
